Quotations and Pricing

All quotations are valid for 7 (seven) working days from the date of the quotation. Pricing is subject to adjustment at any time. All quotations or website prices provided by Boujee Africa (Pty) Ltd are E&OE. Boujee Africa (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to withdraw the proposal or submit a revision in these circumstances. The customer is responsible for checking the compatibility of all items and ensuring they are the correct size, material, etc., suitable for the application.

Payment Terms

Full payment is required upon confirmation of your order. Payments should only be made against a sales order provided by Boujee Africa (Pty) Ltd. Please use your Account Code as your payment reference and email the proof of payment directly to the sales consultant. All goods will be ordered and released once payment has cleared into the correct Boujee Africa (Pty) Ltd bank account. Payment methods accepted by Boujee Africa (Pty) Ltd are Electronic Fund Transfer, Visa, MasterCard, and Cash.

Ownership of Goods

All goods remain the property of Boujee Africa (Pty) Ltd until paid for in full.

Inspection of Goods Received

The customer is responsible for checking all collected and delivered goods for any defects, damages, shortages, or discrepancies before signing for the goods. Boujee Africa (Pty) Ltd will not be held liable for defects, damages, shortages, or discrepancies unless endorsed on the delivery note or invoice. Should the customer not be present at the time of delivery, the customer has 24 hours to notify Boujee Africa (Pty) Ltd of any defects, damages, shortages, or discrepancies in writing. It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect tiles and/or flooring delivered to the site for the correct quantity, color shade, and size as ordered or selected and to check that the shades are consistent throughout the batch. Boujee Africa (Pty) Ltd will not accept liability for incorrectly supplied goods that are installed.

Deliveries and Storage

Boujee Africa (Pty) Ltd deliveries are strictly door-to-door. All deliveries are to the ground floor only. Where special permissions or access are required, please inform your sales consultant to pre-arrange this or request a quotation for additional labour should the truck have to park more than 15m from where the stock will be stored. Please note that our transporters have been instructed not to remove baths from their crates and/or carry them upstairs. Delivery fees are calculated based on dimensions, weight, and distance. Boujee Africa (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to amend these rates at any time. Boujee Africa (Pty) Ltd will store goods for up to one (1) month from the initial payment date; thereafter, Boujee Africa (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to charge a storage fee. Boujee Africa (Pty) Ltd will make every attempt to deliver goods on schedule but cannot accept liability in the event of a delayed delivery.

Lead Times and Availability

It is the customer’s responsibility to order goods in advance to avoid on-site delays. Our standard lead time is on average 5-15 working days, depending on supplier and importer availability. Boujee Africa (Pty) Ltd makes reasonable efforts to monitor stock levels and transport delays with suppliers but cannot guarantee stock availability. Special order items cannot be changed, returned, or cancelled. Customers must confirm with the sales consultant which items are special orders and their lead times before placing an order.

Returns and Credits

Goods will only be accepted for credit if the following conditions are met:

All returns are subject to a minimum 10% handling fee. Returns must be pre-arranged with Boujee Africa (Pty) Ltd before returning items. The product must be in its original packaging, which should not be damaged or marked. The product must be in a sellable condition and complete. The product must not be a special-order item. Returns must be made within 15 days of the delivery/collection date. The batch must still be in stock or valid, applicable to tile, mosaic, and consumable products. Refunds will be processed within 10 working days.

Warranties and Liability

All warranties are provided by the manufacturers. Boujee Africa (Pty) Ltd does not directly accept liability for products. All warranties and guarantees are void if the goods are not installed by a registered or qualified installer. Boujee Africa (Pty) Ltd is not responsible for the proper installation of purchased goods.
