Refuns and Returns

At The Bathroom Club, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, our refunds and returns policy is designed to make the process as seamless as possible.

Eligibility for Returns

  1. Timeframe: You may return your product within 30 days of receiving it.
  2. Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
  3. Non-Returnable Items:
    • Custom or personalized items.
    • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”
    • Used or damaged items not caused by shipping or manufacturing defects.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and will be applied to your original payment method.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange an item, contact us, and we’ll arrange for a replacement.

  2. Shipping the Item: You will receive instructions on where to ship your return. Please include your proof of purchase.
  3. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or damaged.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the damage for quicker processing. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
